Ingredients

  • 2 tsps (4g) instant Nescafé Gold
  • (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C) (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)
  • 1 tsp (5ml) brown sugar (optional)
  • 10-12 medium ice cubes
  • 195ml cold water

Create It!

STEP ONE

Mix the instant coffee with the hot water. Add the sugar, if you’re using it.

STEP TWO

Stir it well, and set it aside.

STEP THREE

Add the ice cubes to a tall glass .

STEP FOUR

Pour the cold water over the ice cubes, leaving some room for the coffee

STEP FIVE

Gently stream in the coffee
