To start your refund claim, please complete the form below and let us know what you didn't enjoy as it'll help us improve our products.
Once you submit the form you'll be directed to the Shopmium website where you need to submit your valid till receipt. Shopmium are our cashback platform provider. Please make sure your till receipt shows the purchase of the appropriate NESCAFÉ product as well the shop name, date and time. If you don't complete the process through Shopmium, you won't be able to get your money back.

Max. one claim per household. Final date for receipt of claims by 03.01.20. Refunds will be made by bank transfer or PayPal. Max refund value is £4.05. Claimants’ statutory rights are not affected.
