"I have drunk your mochas for years and for months have been very disapointed as the flavour is watery, not creamy and no froth. I had to try another brand because the taste is so awful but nothing comes close to the old flavoured mochas of yours. I thought it was just me but I have read everyone else's comments which confirms there's something different. I use to enjoy my coffee but now I don't even feel like having one anymore. We've been investigating the issue and although we had no intentions to change the recipe, we’ve detected a small difference in the vanilla flavour we have recently used. Sugar, Milk Solids, Soluble Coffee (14%), Vegetable Oil, Glucose Syrup, Cocoa (2.5%), Maltodextrin (Corn), Flavour, Stabilisers (340, 452, 331).

Taste awful and not frothy or creamy anymore.

Mocha sachets different
I was also an avid fan of your Mocha, And I looked forward to that first cup of the day, now I can’t believe the difference to texture and taste since the packaging change, none of that lovely froth at all, contrary to statements on the box saying that there had been no change to the product, very misleading, I also put them in the rubbish and donated an unopened box to the charity box at the supermarket

What Have You Done?
I have been drinking the Mocha sachets for some time now. I recently purchased the new look 26 pack box and am really disappointed with the taste. They are not as chocolatey flavoured or as frothy. Sadly will be looking at other product choices for my coffee fix.

Hate the new taste
This is the only coffee I drink and now with the new Creamy/frothy horrible taste I have to start shopping for another brand. I assumed the old packaging will have the same old taste so I ran back and picked up 6 boxes so that I have some old ones to last me a while. Soon to find out that the box was old but the sachets inside was the new ones :(
I will land-up donating all of these. Very disappointed!! Smells nasty too..

Big Mistake..Huge...
I have been drinking these Mocha sachets for 10 years and obviously love them..... Not now, Why would you go and change the recipe.... Bought a packet with new box when in Melbourne in May and had to throw them out, now today bought 6 new boxes in Kerikeri with the hope they would be the usual taste like the old box, but No...just revolting , so that is the end of my decade relationship with Nescafe Mocha..

Same comment as all the others, I actually took one sip and thought YUCK something's happened to my taste buds, until I was talking to a few people and then today I have read all these comments and realise it's the actual product. HATE it at the mo and won't be buying more and with a hubby under hospice care I really really needed those nice wee breaks. Dammit

What have you done
Have been buying the mocha for a long long time it's been my favorite but the new branding has brought with it something you can't drink. Brought a box
with the new branding and through it in the rubbish because I thought someone had put the wrong coffee in the box! I have I had another with the old branding and that was perfect. I have brought another this weekend and it is the same as the 1 input in the rubbish ... You can't tell me nothing has changed. This box will also go in the rubbish 🥺 I guess I will have give up my coffee drinking
