What have you done to the yummy Mocha sachets? My latest purchase tastes completely different and really not enjoying it at all. Hardly any froth, tastes completely different. Very disappointed! This drink has been my fave for years but now I won't want to buy it.

Have been drinking these for years, The best from all other brands but the last purchase they taste totally different not nice at all. Even went and purchased another box from another store thinking Mabee it was one bad batch but that wasn't the case they were awful aswell.

I have just opened the new look box of Nescafe Mochas and they taste so different I'm really not enjoying them as I used to.
Please tell me you are changing back to the old recipe, otherwise I don't know what I'll do.
I have tried other brands in the past, but Nescafe was the best.
I guess I'll have to go back to trying again the rest.
I'm dissappointed, to say the least, because you claim that the coffee is creamy and frothy!!
It now doesn't have much froth and just tastes rather wishy washy.
Have you changed the recipe on all your coffees?
I hope not, cause I know others who will be pissed offies!!
I looked at the ingredients on the new packaging and they are a bit different to the old recipe. Less coffee (1%) for a start. Please either go back to the old recipe, or at least admit that they are no longer creamy and frothy!!

I read your previous response to a bad review blaming the vanilla flavor you use, seems a coincidence that the taste change coincides with the new packaging...... regardless if that's the case you really need to work on your quality control, these should never have hit the shelves if they are so far off their "normal" taste etc.

I have purchased the new Mocha x2 26pack yesterday as this is all my hubby drinks...have been his favourite for years. The taste of this is awful and we do not enjoy it at all... I opend the second pack as well just in case it was only that one but both of them taste like that... I would like to return these and get a refund from you.

Totally agree with the previous comments. The new taste is terrible. I won’t be buying anymore for at least a year so I can be sure the horrible ones are off the market. Unless a product recall is announced. Very, very disappointed.

I absolutely dislike the new Nestle mocha sachets. It tastes like it has been watered down and missing the creamy froth that is left in the cup, and the texture is worse... no texture at all.
Very disappointed fan...

I love your product and have been drinking it every morning for years and years, but the with the new packaging is a new taste and I HATE it! It does not have the foam on top like it used too or the pictures and the taste is revolting, enough to put me off drinking them. PLEASE go back to the old taste. Too me the new one tastes like coca. Why have you changed what works?

I have been purchasing these sachets for years and look forward to them every morning.
BUT, they have changed flavour since you changed the packaging. There is no froth and the taste is not pleasing. They seem high in cocoa content. Will they be changed back????? PLEASEEEEEE.

Says it’s new packaging with same great creamy taste but it’s definitely different- not creamy at all and rather watery. Please tell me this isn’t the new norm??

There is a different taste with the sachets in the new boxes...not as frothy and I did not enjoy them. Not sure I will continue to purchase them.

I agree 100% with previous reviews. Your Mocha use to taste lovely and had a beautiful fluffiness. Now the flavour has changed to unpalatable for me and the fluffy is just a few bubbles (a no-no in cafes) which disappear quickly. Please go back to the old tried and true recipe so I can go back to buying my faves. I had to select at least one star for my review to register but my rati g is really zero stars for the changed Mochas. Sorry.

We have been enjoying these for years until you changed the packaging.
We were so disappointed with the first cup we thought it must have been the wrong ingredients so went and bought small box but still same flavour or lack of it. We tried 1 1/2 sachets but still disappointed. Before there was strong vanilla flavour but now more of almond flavour(have you changed to almond milk powder) Also no froth anymore.
Until you change back we will be looking elsewhere for a yummy pre bed time drink

Have been buying the mocha for a long long time it's been my favorite but the new branding has brought with it something you can't drink. Brought a box
with the new branding and through it in the rubbish because I thought someone had put the wrong coffee in the box! I have I had another with the old branding and that was perfect. I have brought another this weekend and it is the same as the 1 input in the rubbish ... You can't tell me nothing has changed. This box will also go in the rubbish 🥺 I guess I will have give up my coffee drinking

I have been drinking these Mocha sachets for 10 years and obviously love them..... Not now, Why would you go and change the recipe.... Bought a packet with new box when in Melbourne in May and had to throw them out, now today bought 6 new boxes in Kerikeri with the hope they would be the usual taste like the old box, but No...just revolting , so that is the end of my decade relationship with Nescafe Mocha..

Hate the new taste

This is the only coffee I drink and now with the new Creamy/frothy horrible taste I have to start shopping for another brand. I assumed the old packaging will have the same old taste so I ran back and picked up 6 boxes so that I have some old ones to last me a while. Soon to find out that the box was old but the sachets inside was the new ones :(
I will land-up donating all of these. Very disappointed!! Smells nasty too..

Hi the new mocha is discussting, what have you done? The old recipe was the closest to a cafe coffee as you could get, but now it has more of a caramel taste. I suspect you will probably lose a lot of loyal customers. Hopefully you will look to change the recipe back. Thanks.

so the branding of the mocha sachets keeps changing but no difference...still disgusting. I was led to believe that you would return to the old formula which I loved.

Just started a box with the new packaging.
Lacks taste, froth and the formula has definitely changed. As a retired manufacturer of food ingredients, please do not tell us this formula is the same - will be the last box I buy unless you can guarantee a change back to the original!

I have been drinking the Mocha sachets for some time now. I recently purchased the new look 26 pack box and am really disappointed with the taste. They are not as chocolatey flavoured or as frothy. Sadly will be looking at other product choices for my coffee fix.

I was also an avid fan of your Mocha, And I looked forward to that first cup of the day, now I can’t believe the difference to texture and taste since the packaging change, none of that lovely froth at all, contrary to statements on the box saying that there had been no change to the product, very misleading, I also put them in the rubbish and donated an unopened box to the charity box at the supermarket

I have drunk your mochas for years and for months have been very disapointed as the flavour is watery, not creamy and no froth. I had to try another brand because the taste is so awful but nothing comes close to the old flavoured mochas of yours. I thought it was just me but I have read everyone else's comments which confirms there's something different. I use to enjoy my coffee but now I don't even feel like having one anymore.
