Hi Jane, we're really sorry to hear of your disappointment and thanks for letting us know. We've been investigating the issue and although we had no intentions to change the recipe, we’ve detected a small difference in the vanilla flavour we have recently used. This has also affected the frothy top you know and love.
We’ve made some adjustments to our recipe following this feedback however, the product won't hit shelves in New Zealand for a while. When it appears on shelf may vary from store to store, however all 10 and 26 packs with a best before date of JUL 2022 and beyond will be the adjusted recipe.
