FAQs for the NESCAFÉ® Next Level promotion

It's a promotion organized by Nestlé Nigeria where you can win exciting prizes by purchasing NESCAFÉ^® Original 3-in-1 sachets and entering a unique code via USSD *7022#.

The promotion runs from 10th April 2026 to 30th June 2026, Monday to Sunday every week, across all sales outlets in Nigeria. The Organizers may extend, suspend, or cancel it with public notice.

The promotion is open to Nigerian residents and citizens aged 18 and above. Employees and immediate family members of Nestlé Nigeria, its distributors, wholesalers, and other directly involved third parties are not eligible.

It’s easy. Just follow these steps:

1. Buy a 25g NESCAFÉ^® Original 3-in-1 sachet from any retail outlet in Nigeria.
2. Text your unique code found inside the sachet to *7022#.
3. Win exciting prizes by following the prompts to claim your reward.

A standard USSD fee will be charged by your network provider. This is an operational fee from your Telco. NESCAFÉ^® does not impose any additional charges. Note also that you should never pay any cash or airtime to any person claiming to be part of the promotion.

There is no limit to the number of entries you can make, as long as each entry is made during the promotion period and you are not using unauthorized tools or materials to participate.

Prizes include:

• Airtime (₦100, ₦200, ₦500, ₦1,000 & ₦2,000)
• Cash Prizes (₦5,000, ₦10,000, ₦20,000, ₦30,000, ₦50,000 & ₦100,000)
• Business Grant (₦500,000)
• Training / Masterclass by a professional (2–3 months)
• Tools for Trade: Professional Camera, Standard Makeup Kit, Sewing Machine, and Laptop

There will be bi-weekly draws (every 2 weeks) throughout the promotion period, plus a final grand draw at the close of the promotion. Winners will be contacted by the Organizers and have 30 days from notification to claim their prize. Failure to claim within this window results in forfeiture.

No. Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The prize must be claimed by the winner themselves.

By participating, you consent to the Organizers using your name, phone number, image, and social media handles for campaign and reconciliation purposes, in line with the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023. Winners' names and images may be published on social media and in newspapers. Winners may also be invited to participate in press events, TV/radio interviews, and promotional content.

Any participant found to be involved in fraud, tampering, or any misconduct will be disqualified and will forfeit their prize. The Organizers also reserve the right to take appropriate legal action against such participants.
