Add the sliced ginger to a heatproof glass and gently muddle to release the flavour.

Pour over the hot water and allow the ginger to steep for 2–3 minutes.

In a separate glass, add 2 sticks of NESCAFÉ® Classic and froth with a small amount of hot water until thick and creamy.
