  • 2.00 sticks Nescafé Classic
  • 4.00 thin slices fresh ginger
  • 150.00 ml hot water (approx. 80–85°C)
  • 4.00 tsp sweetened condensed milk

Add the sliced ginger to a heatproof glass and gently muddle to release the flavour.

Pour over the hot water and allow the ginger to steep for 2–3 minutes.

In a separate glass, add 2 sticks of NESCAFÉ® Classic and froth with a small amount of hot water until thick and creamy.

Add the sweetened condensed milk to the serving glass, then strain and pour in the brewed ginger infusion.
