Caramel Macchiato Cheesecake

  • 170 g
    Grounded digstive biscuit
  • 125 g
    Melted butter
  • 2 tbsp
  • 230 g
    Cream cheese
  • 3
  • 225 g
  • 5 tsp
    NESCAFÉ Red Mug
  • 230 ml
    Sour cream
  • 2 tsp
  • Caramel syrup
  • As desired
    Whipped cream

Method of Preparation

1) Preheat the oven to 175 C
2) Add some oil to the bottom of a 22 cm pan
3) Mix the biscuit with the melted butter and 2 tbsp of sugar
4) Add the biscuit mix to the the pan and use your hand to press it till it is spread across the pan
5) Bake for 8 min and let it cool down
6) Turn down the oven heat to 165 C
7) Mix the cream cheese with the sugar while blending
8) Add the eggs one by one to the cream mixture while whisking 
9) Mix the sour cream, NESCAFÉ and the vanilla extract
10) Pour the sour cream mixture on top of the biscuit layer
11) Bake the cheesecake for 65 minutes
12) Turn off the oven
13) Open the oven and leave the pan inside for 15 min
14) Take the cheesecake out and let it cool under room temperature
15) Cover it after it cools down and put in the fridge for 8 hours
16) Take it out if the pan, cover it with the caramel syrup and enjoy!

  • 5 g
    NESCAFÉ Red Mug
  • 120 ml
    Fresh milk (1.5% fat)
  • 60 ml
    Sweetened condensed milk
  • 15 ml
    Butterscotch Monin syrup
  • 15 ml
    White chocolate Monin syrup
  • 1/2 a whole
    Fresh banana
  • 2 pieces
    Digestive biscuits
  • 7-8
    Ice cubes
  • 1 tsp
  • 1 piece
    Chocolate cookie (crumbled)

Method of Preparation

1) Put all the ingredients except the honey, extra banana slices and crumbled cookie in a blender
2) Blend all the ingredients together for a minute or two, until the mixture is thick and smooth
3) Carefully pour the mix into a serving glass
4) Garnish with the honey, crumbled cookie, banana slices and enjoy!

  • 1/2 cup
    NESCAFÉ Red Mug
  • 230 g
    Cream cheese
  • 150 g
    Powdered sugar
  • 1 pack
  • 80 g
    Melted chocolate
  • 225 ml
    Sour cream
  • As desired
    Chocolate sprinkles

Method of Preparation

1) Mix the biscuit and butter in a blender
2) Place the mixture in a stainless steal pot and press it well with your fingers or with another pot
3) In another pot, mix the gelatin with the NESCAFÉ
4) Boil it till the gelatin melts then let it cool down
5) In another pot mix the cheese with the sugar
6) Add the sour cream,the melted chocolate to the NESCAFÉ and gelatin mix
7) Pour the mixture on the butter and biscuit layer and put it in the fridge for 3 hours
8) Add the sprinkles before eating end enjoy!
