White Chocolate Mocha

White Chocolate cravings are hard to fight. It's an indulging, sweet, creamy flavor that is great with berries or citrusy flavors. It also goes well with dark chocolate. 

 

This is also why it's a great addition to the sour and bitter notes of NESCAFÉ GOLD. WCM is great as a dessert coffee, but it can also be your go-to waker-upper! 

What you Need

  • NESCAFÉ GOLD
  • NESTLÉ Fresh Milk
  • White Chocolate Syrup (unsalted butter, NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream)
  • Sugar Syrup
  • Water

  • 1 Cup 
  • 1 Blender

Create It!

    WHITE CHOCOLATE SYRUP RECIPE (optional) 

    Use a 1:2 ratio of NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream to white chocolate 

    • Heat the NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream in a heavy pan 
    • Once it starts to boil, remove from heat 
    • Immediately add the unsalted butter and white chocolate chips. Cutting them into small thin pieces allows them to melt faster in the pan 
    • Chill 

     

    WHITE CHOCOLATE MOCHA RECIPE 

    • Add 1 teaspoon of NESCAFÉ GOLD into your blender 
    • Add 2 tablespoons of white chocolate sauce
    • Add 4 teaspoons of sugar syrup 
    • Pour 1/2 cup of NESTLÉ Fresh Milk
    • Add 2 tablespoons of water 
    • Blend. Enjoy!
