- 2.00 pumps ( 40.00 ml ) Yuzu flavor syrup
- 90.00 ml Soda
- 1.00 glass Bingsu ice flakes
- 2.00 tablespoons Yuzu jelly
- Orange slices and rosemary for decoration.

Brew NESCAFE Americano Original with cold water until completely dissolved and set aside.

Pour yuzu syrup into a serving glass, followed by soda, stir until completely dissolved. add yuzu jelly

Then add bingsu flake ice to fill the glass. Slowly pour coffee on top and decorate with rosemary and orange slices to look beautiful.

How to make
Soak the gelatin sheets. in water mixed with ice Soak the gelatin sheets until they swell. Boil water, turn off the heat, add yuzu syrup, stir until dissolved, followed by gelatin sheets. Stir to dissolve well. Pour into a container and refrigerate to set. Scoop and serve with drinks.
