Mix the instant coffee and the hot water

Stir it well, and pour it into your coffee cup.

Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute then froth the warmed milk for 1 minute with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 1 finger thick – 15mm, to be precise
