This simple, delicious recipe will have a cappuccino in your mug without a coffee machine, just the robust flavor of Nescafé.

- 2.00 Tsps ( 4.00 g ) Nescafe Gold coffee
- 2.00 Tbsps. ( 30.00 ml ) Freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C) 2 Tbsps. (30ml)
- 190.00 ml Low fat milk
- Nutmeg, cinnamon, or cocoa powder Optional

Mix the instant coffee and boiling water. Stir it well, and pour it into your mug of choice

Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute in a microwave, and give it a stir once it’s warmed up

Froth the hot milk for 2 minutes with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 2 fingers thick – 35mm, to be precise.

Pour the frothed milk into the coffee
