I did not find these very nice at all, forced myself to drink it. Will be going back to the normal ones.

I had so hoped to like these, but they are really bad!
Submitted by Mary Frances on Tue, 11/10/2020 - 05:19
I love my morning lattes, and had truly hoped I would enjoy these - but they are not only not good, they're actually pretty bad. Not nice at all. Very disappointing. I also don't see how they can be 98% sugar-free when the very first ingredient is glucose syrup, and sugar appears again further down the list. I'll have to go back to making my own using sugar-free syrups. Ah well.

Hi Mary, we're sorry to hear you have been disappointed with our new Nescafé 98% sugar free Caramel Latte. Glucose syrup is a component of the creamer and the booster (froth) which is why it is the first ingredient. The total sugars that these ingredients contribute to the recipe have been included in the nutrition panel on the pack. They are not 100% sugars so their contribution is less than an actual sugar product. As there is very little cane sugar added in the recipe the overall total sugars is under 98%.

Sugar free caramel latte

Thought I would try the new sugar free option. Pleased I didn't get a big box as quite disappointed as the coffee has an awful smell and the taste is definitely not pleasant. Will not buy again.

Hi Joan, we're sorry to hear you did not enjoy it, we appreciate your comments.

My wife and I tried these today. Honestly it tasted like a really weak coffee and I mean really weak not sure how it made it passed quality control.

Hi Kyle, we're sorry you have been disappointed with this flavour and appreciate you sharing your comments. We hope you might try our other flavours in the range.

OK but I feel could be tweeked

I have diabetes and love the Hazelnut latte but too much sugar. I have been waiting for a sugar free. Thanks for this but I have tried the caramel and I feel it could be tweeked a bit. May be more for the caramel flavor and a just a little sweeter. Looking forward to the Hazelnut flavor to come out to try

Hi John, thanks for sharing, we appreciate the comments. We hope you enjoy the other flavours in the range.

Sugar Free???

Saw these, they said sugar free.....hmmmm glucose syrup, so much for sugar free

Hi Phil, thank you for sharing your comments. The glucose syrup is a component of the creamer and the froth ingredients. They are not 100% sugars so their contribution is less than an actual sugar product. Since there is very little cane sugar added in the recipe the overall total sugars is under 98%.

I have to say when I first tried coffee I wasn’t keen. After drink a couple, I am really enjoying them. Much better than the normal caramel latte, which are so sweet.
Gifted this at Christmas
Submitted by Micky Amos on Fri, 01/15/2021 - 07:19
I was gifted this at Christmas without the box (just individual sachets so was not able to see ingredients). I should have done my homework before having one this morning. I am a type 1 diabetic who's now feeling very miserable, and sick with my blood sugar having skyrocketed. NOT IMPRESSED, but I suppose it's my own fault. The person who gave it to me wouldn't have I'm sure if she had looked a little deeper at the carbs amount.

Hi Micky, we're sorry to hear of your experience and hope you are ok. We appreciate your feedback on the product. Please feel free to reach out to our team on 1800 025 361.

Really wanted to like these. I was so excited to buy. Doesn’t even remotely taste like a caramel latte. Not even sweet. Would not buy again.
