I had so hoped to like these, but they are really bad!

I love my morning lattes, and had truly hoped I would enjoy these - but they are not only not good, they're actually pretty bad. Not nice at all. Very disappointing. I also don't see how they can be 98% sugar-free when the very first ingredient is glucose syrup, and sugar appears again further down the list. I'll have to go back to making my own using sugar-free syrups. Ah well.

Hi Mary, we're sorry to hear you have been disappointed with our new Nescafé 98% sugar free Mocha. Glucose syrup is a component of the creamer and the booster (froth) which is why it is the first ingredient. The total sugars that these ingredients contribute to the recipe have been included in the nutrition panel on the pack. They are not 100% sugars so their contribution is less than an actual sugar product. As there is very little cane sugar added in the recipe the overall total sugars is under 98%.

Bad taste

I feel bad giving this review but I agree with the comments above. It tastes bad, I cant even taste chocolate in the drink, I think I'll go back to using regular mocha sachets with sugar if it means the taste is so drastically affected. Trying this drink made me wonder if Nescafe even sampled this before they released it...uhh

Hi Niki, thanks for sharing your comments. We're sorry you have been disappointed with this flavour and appreciate the feedback.

These are truly awful! I bought a pack thinking they would at least have a slightly similar flavour to the equivalent sugar variety but it was horrible. I’ve only tried one & think I should give it another go but I seriously can’t bring myself to even try another sip. Don’t like to waste, but the remainder of the pack will go in the bin, I wouldn’t inflict them on anyone else. One star, only because I couldn’t select none. Sorry Nescafé, usually a fan.

We're sorry to disappoint you Kaye with this new flavour and hope you'll continue to enjoy our other flavours in the broader Nescafé sachet range.
The Nescafé Team.
