Hi Mary, we're sorry to hear you have been disappointed with our new Nescafé 98% sugar free Mocha. Glucose syrup is a component of the creamer and the booster (froth) which is why it is the first ingredient. The total sugars that these ingredients contribute to the recipe have been included in the nutrition panel on the pack. They are not 100% sugars so their contribution is less than an actual sugar product. As there is very little cane sugar added in the recipe the overall total sugars is under 98%.
