I don't enjoy any of the Nescafe Gold coffees like I used to. I have actually not been drinking coffee other than my one morning coffee. You coffee gas changed, it's bitter. The bags are the worst tasting, more powdery than the jars or the tins. My partner and I are looking for a new coffee!

Horrible new taste

I changed to this coffee when Maccona changed their coffee which made it bitter and I feel you have now done the same? Something has definitely changed I have just opened a jar best before date Feb 2021 92253657 07:42 we had to tip it down the sink it’s that bad. I then opened a bag best before Mar 2021 92470313E1 13:51 and its the same bloody horrible.

Seems the 'rich' variant is gone?

I love the Gold Rich variety but it seems you don't make it anymore? I have tried the smooth, original and intense varieties but they don't have the same impact. I am usually only a brewed coffee drinker, but a cup of the Rich was served to me a while ago and I found it to be great. Please consider re making this line!

I take my coffee black, no sugar. This "Barista Style" medium(5) really hits the spot. Smooth and not too bitter. I actually prefer this to some of the local cafe offerings.

I actually came to your website to see what is different about Blend 43 and discovered a few people are off with it.
The reason I switched to Blend 43 was because you changed the Gold to a more barista type flavour which I disliked (not a fan of cafe brewed coffee).
I have one of your coffee mugs and I take it with me on holidays because I like to create your old advertisement ? in different locations.
I too miss your old flavours.
Will you change your roasting process back?

I like having this coffee each morning. It has a good flavour and is just the right strength for an early morning pick me up!
