- 2.00 tps sugar
- 2.00 tbsp date paste
- 200.00 ml whole milk
- Ice cubes, to serve
- 30.00 ml hot water (approx. 80–85°C)

Combine the whole milk and date paste in a jar or bowl. Cover and allow to infuse for at least 20 minutes (or up to 4 hours for a deeper flavour)

Transfer the infused milk to a blender and blend until smooth.

In a separate cup, dissolve 2 sticks of NESCAFÉ® Classic and sugar in the hot water. Froth until foamy.

Fill a serving glass with ice and pour in the blended date milk.
