- 1.00 tbsp paprika (or Kashmiri red chilli powder)
- 1.00 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
- 1.00 tbsp coriander powder
- 2.00 slices bread
- Breadcrumbs, for coating
- 3.00 eggs, beaten
- Vegetable oil , for deep frying
