  • 2.00 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 0.50 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 0.50 cup green chilli, finely chopped
  • 1.00 tbsp paprika (or Kashmiri red chilli powder)
  • 1.00 tsp salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1.00 tbsp coriander powder
  • 2.00 slices bread
  • Breadcrumbs, for coating
  • 3.00 eggs, beaten
  • Vegetable oil , for deep frying

Place the mashed potatoes in a mixing bowl.

Add the chopped onion, green chilli, paprika, salt, and coriander powder. Mixwell until evenly combined.

Spread the potato mixture evenly onto the bread slices.

Cut each slice into 4 equal pieces.

Prepare the egg wash.

Dip each bread piece into the egg wash then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat

Fry the bread bites in batches until golden brown and crisp on all sides.

Remove and drain on paper napkins.
