Mix the instnat coffee with the hot water. Stir it well, and set it aside.
STEP TWO
Combine the milk and caramel sauce in a glass container. Heat it for 1 minute in a microwave, until bubbles just appear. Give it a stir to mix it properly.
STEP THREE & FOUR
Add the coffee brew to the caramel milk. Froth it for 30 seconds with a handheld frother to get the perfect velvety texture.
