  • 1.00 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 8.00 large eggs
  • 0.25 cup whole milk
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • Onion powder, to taste
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
  • 0.50 ( 8.00  oz ) package shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 6-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and green onions.

Add the eggs, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Whisk until well blended.

Fold in the shredded Cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
