  • 1 TEASPOON (4G) OF SUGAR (TRY BROWN)
  • 3/4 CUP (~175ML) COLD MILK OF YOUR CHOICE (RECOMMENDED LOW FAT)
  • 10 ICE CUBES
  • 2,5 TABLESPOONS (~40ML) OF HOT WATER (85°C)
  • SHAKER OR AN ELECTRIC FROTHER OR HAND MIXER

Iced Latte Macchiatto
    • ADD NESCAFÉ CLASSIC, SUGAR AND HOT WATER TO A SHOT GLASS OR SMALL CONTAINER AND STIR WELL WITH A SPOON.
    • ADD ICE CUBES AND MILK OF YOUR CHOICE IN THE GLASS
    • USE SHAKER OR HAND MIXER OR ELECTRIC FROTHER AND STIR 3,5 TBS (~ 50ML ) OF COLD LOW FAT MILK UNTIL BECOMES CREAMY SMOOTH FOAM
    • POUR MILK FOAM IN THE GLASS OVER THE ICE AND MILK.
    • SLOWLY POUR COFFEE ON TOP AIMING THE CENTER OF THE BEVERAGE IN ORDER TO CREATE THE LAYERS.
