Go to www.nescafe.com/mena/en-ae/win-a-salary, enter the unique 10-digit code as well as your First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Telephone Number, Email Address, Country of Residence and Emirates (in case of United Arab Emirates only) in order to participate in the draw.

Do we have equal chances to win for all the products?

With every code entry of NESCAFÉ  promotional 3in1 or 2in1 sachet, you get 1 chance to win. 

 

With every code entry of NESCAFÉ promotional Red Mug 190g promotional pack, it will count as 10 entries and therefore 10 more chances to win.  

 

With every code entry of NESCAFÉ promotional Red Mug 95g promotional pack, it will count as 5 entries and therefore 5 more chances to win.

 

In Morocco, with every code entry of NESCAFÉ promotional Classic 190g, it will count as 5 entries and therefore 5 more chances to win.

How long is the promotion running for?

The core promotional period will run between August 1, 2023 to October 29, 2023 in Qatar. Any code entry after October 29, 2023 will be invalid.

The core promotional period will run between August 1, 2023, to October 31, 2023 in Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman and Morocco. Any code entry after October 31, 2023 will be invalid

How do I enter the promotion?

1. Purchase a promotional pack of NESCAFÉ Red Mug 190g, Red Mug 95g (in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan), NESCAFÉ 3in1 sachet (in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan), NESCAFÉ 2in1 sachet (in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan) or NESCAFÉ Classic 45g, 90g, 190g (in Morocco only)

 

2. Keep the receipt/proof of purchase

 

3. Find unique code as indicated on the packs

 

4. Scan the QR code from the packs or enter the website: www.nescafe.com/mena/en-ae/win-a-salary

 

5. Enter the unique 10-digit code as well as your First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Telephone Number, Email Address, Country of Residence and Emirates (in case of United Arab Emirates only) in order to participate in the draw.

 

Participants may join the Activation as many times as they want, so long as they have a unique in-pack promotional code for each entry. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from the Activation.

 

Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicated will not be accepted.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G/4G) is required to enter on the promotional microsite

Where can I find my 10-character unique pack code?

For NESCAFÉ 2in1 and 3in1, the 10-character unique pack code can be found on the inside of the sachets. Pouches are not included. 

 

For NESCAFÉ Red Mug, the 10-character unique pack code can be found on the peel-off back label of the jars.

 

 For NESCAFÉ Classic, the 10-character unique pack code can be found on the inside of the jars’ back label (it is visible from the inside of the jar).

What products are included in the promo?

NESCAFÉ Red Mug 190g, Red Mug 95g (in UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan), NESCAFÉ 3in1 sachet (in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan), NESCAFÉ 2in1 sachet (in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman & Jordan) or NESCAFÉ Classic 45g, 90g, 190g (in Morocco only). 

How often can I enter and how many times could I win?

You can enter this promotion as many times as you want using a new unique promotional pack code each time, but you can only win a maximum of (1) one prize per person, per household throughout the whole promotional period.

Do I have to purchase a promotional product to enter?

Yes, you must purchase a promotional pack to enter this promotion.

Do I need to keep hold of my promotional wrapper?

You must retain your winning promotional pack OR proof of purchase OR the unique 10-character pack code OR the participation email confirmation which you may need to verify your claim.

How old do I have to be to enter?

You must be 21 years or older to enter this promotion. 

How are winners notified?

If you are a winner, we’ll be in touch within 15 days of the prize draw, via email, to confirm the claim process. Winners will need to reply to this email to claim their prize.

 

If Nestlé can’t contact the winners for any reason within 30 days for Jordan, Morocco and Kuwait, within 60 days for the United Arab Emirates and Oman, within 3 months for Qatar, and within 6 months for Bahrain after the winners’ announcement, Nestlé reserves the right to reallocate the prize. Potential winners will need to collect their prize from their local NESTLÉ address:

Here, there will be a request for further information such as the proof of purchase, winning e-mail confirmation, proof of ID and address. Where required by Nestlé, the chosen 

 

Participant shall be required to complete official release forms, have a copy of their passport/ID taken and a photograph taken of them receiving the prize, prior to the official receipt of their prize. Failing to do this, Nestlé reserves the right to forfeit the prize as it deems fit or as required by law.

What details will I need to enter?

To enter the promotion, you need to provide your country of residence, full name, 10-character unique pack code as well as a valid, genuine, and contactable email address and phone number to be entered into the prize draw.

I am not a resident in the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan or Morocco. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Jordan and Morocco can enter the promotion. 

Who will conduct the prize draws?

All prize draws will be run independently by an unbiased NESTLÉ employee in the operating office with the presence of a governmental employee, depending on local regulations.

Bahrain: 1 winner of Annual Salary with a value of BHD 9,000

 

Jordan: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of JOD 4,500

 

Kuwait: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of KWD 7,000

 

Oman: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of OMR 5,500

 

Qatar: 1 winner of Annual Salary with a value of QAR 110,000

 

United Arab Emirates: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of AED 110,000

 

Morocco: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of MAD 60,000 (prize will be in the form of a voucher)

 

The salary amount is the Average Gross Income by Age taken from a Research Source: Euromonitor International from national statistics, 2022 Local Currency. 

 

Secondary prizes: 

 

Bahrain: total of 50 cash vouchers with a value of 100 BD each;

 

Jordan: total of 100 cash vouchers with a value of 140 JD

 

Kuwait: total of 75 cash vouchers with a value of 150 KD each

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners will need to reply back to their ‘Congratulations’ winning email within 30 days for Jordan, Morocco and Kuwait, within 60 days for the United Arab Emirates and Oman, within 3 months for Qatar, and within 6 months for Bahrain

 

Nestlé will then contact winners, via e-mail or telephone, explaining the claim process.

 

If Nestlé can’t contact the winners for any reason, Nestlé reserves the right to reallocate the prize.

I’m having trouble reading my unique pack code, who can I contact?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional pack codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your unique promotional pack code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

Any request for a replacement unique pack code must be received by 24.09.2023 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date. 

The microsite doesn’t recognize my unique pack code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you’ve entered your unique pack code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you’ve previously entered this unique pack code, you will be unable to enter again, using the same pack code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services Care Centre:

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if: 

 

1. You entered a unique pack code on the microsite home page and a confirmation message is displayed. 

 

2. You will also receive a ‘Thank you for entering’ email with confirmation of your unique entry code. 

 

3. If you are a winner, we will contact you via email with 30 days of the prize draw, to confirm the claim process. There will be a request for further information such as a promotional pack, unique identification number, proof of ID and address. 

 

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same unique pack code again. If the unique pack code you entered was a winning pack code, the website will remember your previous entry and will confirm your win for you. If you have already successfully entered the unique 10 digit pack code, then you will get an error message saying that the unique pack code has already been used. 

The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?
