This Activation is organized and promoted by Nestlé Middle East FZE, with address at P.O. Box 17327, Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai, UAE ("Nestlé"). All participants to this Activation (“Participants”) shall be subject to these Terms and Conditions.

This Activation will run from: 

August 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 for United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Oman and Morocco

August 1, 2023 to October 29, 2023 for Qatar 

Participants must be: 

1. 21 years old and above 

2. legal residents of United Arab Emirates, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar, Morocco, and Jordan

1. Purchase a promotional jar of NESCAFÉ® Red Mug 190g / NESCAFÉ® Red Mug 95g




2. Keep the receipt/proof of purchase 




3. Peel the back label as indicated on the back of pack and find unique 10-digit code (retain) 




4. Scan the QR code or enter the website: www.nescafe.com/mena/en-ae/win-a-salary 




5. Enter the unique 10-digit code as well as your First Name, Last Name, Date of Birth, Telephone Number, Email Address, Country of Residence and Emirate (in case of United Arab Emirates only) to participate in the draw. 




6. Purchasing a NESCAFÉ Red Mug 190g will give you 10 more chances to win and purchasing a NESCAFÉ Red Mug 95g will give you 5 more chances to win 




7. Participants may join the Activation as many times as they want, so long as they have a unique in-pack promotional code for each entry. Anyone trying to circumvent this rule by using alternative details will be disqualified from the Activation at sole discretion of Nestlé. 




8. The participating countries are UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, Qatar and Jordan 




9. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, agents, third parties or syndicated will not be accepted. 




10. Nestlé will not assume any responsibility for damaged or defaced promotional codes as a result of the way the product packaging is opened. If the promotional code is unreadable due to a genuine printing error, please contact Consumer Engagement Services (details at the end). Any request for a replacement code must be made on or before 24th of September 2023 in UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Jordan to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

1. Purchase a promotional jar of NESCAFÉ® CLASSIC jars 45g, 90g, 190g Keep the receipt/proof of purchase 

2. Find the 10-digit unique code inside the Jar as indicated on the back of pack (retain) 

3. Scan the QR code or enter the website: www.nescafe.com/mena/en-ae/win-a-salary 

4. Enter the unique 10-digit code as well as your First Name, Last Name, Date of birth, Telephone Number, Email Address, and Country of Residence  

5. Purchasing a NESCAFÉ Classic 190g will give you 5 more chances to win.

The salary amount is the Average Gross Income by Age taken from a Research Source: Euromonitor International from national statistics, 2022 Local Currency. 

• Bahrain: 1 winner of Annual Salary with a value of BHD 9,000 


• Jordan: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of JOD 4,500  


• Kuwait: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of KWD 7,000  


• Oman: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of OMR 5,500  


• Qatar: 1 winner of Annual Salary with a value of QAR 110,000  


• United Arab Emirates: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of AED 110,000  


• Morocco: 2 winners of Annual Salary each with a value of MAD 60,000 in the form of vouchers  

Secondary prizes: 

• Bahrain: total of 50 cash vouchers with a value of 100 BD each 


• Jordan: total of 100 cash vouchers with a value of 140 JD each 


• Kuwait: total of 75 cash vouchers with a value of 150 KD each 


• Oman: total of 50 cash vouchers with a value of 75 OMR each 


• Qatar: total of 75 cash vouchers with a value of 1,000 QAR each 


• United Arab Emirates: total of 150 cash vouchers with a value of 1,000 AED each 


• Morocco: total of 60 cash vouchers with a value of 1,500 MAD each 

2. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other items. Nestlé reserves the right to substitute any prize for another prize of similar value or alter the dynamics of the prizes due to any unforeseen circumstances without prior notice. All prizes are non-transferable. 

3. In the event that the winner/s opts not to accept his/her prize or was not able to receive the prize for reasons mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, the relevant prize will be deemed forfeited and Nestlé may, subject to applicable laws, award the prize to another winner/s. 

4. Nestlé decision regarding the award of the prize and/or in other issues not covered by these Terms and Conditions, shall be final and binding on all Participants, and no queries, challenges or appeals may be made or entertained. 

5. Where required by Nestlé, the winner and any person sharing the prize shall be required to complete official release forms prior to the receipt of the relevant prize(s), failing which Nestlé reserves the right to forfeit the prize as it deems fit or as required by law. 

6. Any unclaimed prizes within the period prescribed by local regulations will be deemed forfeited and the winner or any of its heirs and/or representatives, executors and assigns waives any of its rights to any and/or all claims against Nestlé and/or any of its affiliates and representatives. 

1. By entering this Activation Participants warrant that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.  

2. If for any reason this Activation is not capable of being carried on as planned, due to without limitation infection by any computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, act of God, war (whether or not declared), political coup or insurrection, rebellion, labor dispute, fire, epidemic, pandemic, health crisis, storm, flood, typhoon, explosion, legal enactment, government directive, order or regulation, any law or regulation having force of law or any other reason or cause beyond the control of Nestlé, which corrupts or affects the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this Activation, Nestlé, to the fullest extent permitted by law, reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Activation and to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Activation and/or the entry process.  

3. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestlé is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer software and/or equipment, failure of any e-mail account or any combination thereof.  

4. Nestlé will be entitled at its sole discretion and subject to any applicable law, to cancel, terminate, extend or suspend the Activation or to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time prior to the closing date.  

5. Nestlé shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any death or personal injury suffered or sustained as a consequence of participation in the Activation, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.  

6. Participant, to the fullest extent permitted by law, hereby releases Nestlé, and all persons or corporations associated directly or indirectly with the Activation from any and/or all claims, demands and proceedings whatsoever arising out of: 

          (a) their participation in the Activation; 

          (b) any breach of these Terms and Conditions;  

          (c) non-receipt of the prize due to force majeure; 

          (d) use of the prize; 

          (e) non-issuance of visa; and/or 

          (f) denial of entry into the country of destination.  

7. This release and indemnity extends to and includes Nestlé, its parent company and its related bodies corporate, and its respective directors, officers, agents, contractors, employees and sponsors associated with or which is involved directly or indirectly with the Activation. This release and indemnity continues forever and binds the Participants' heirs, executors, personal representatives and assigns.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law 

By participating in this Activation, the Participant submits to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai for any and all actions or claims in any way related to this Activation and expressly agree that such actions or claims are subject to the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
