I'd select 0 out of 5 if I could.

Where to start? There is so much wrong with this now I don't know where to begin.

When I first got hooked on the sachets, I can't even remember when it was, I thought it was the best taste ever. Of course, the flavour that REALLY got me hooked was the Irish Cream lattes, but naturally, anything truly divine gets discontinued for some bonkers reason or another. (They won't let Australians have it, but you can get it from the UK at exorbident prices.)

So pretty recently I noticed a massive change in what I was drinking - after a short time the frothy top is completely gone. I'm no guts - I like to have my drink over time, not in a big rush, so I used to love the fact it had a froth top to keep it insulated and stay warmer longer. Now it's completely rubbish.

And now that I'm a lot more conscious of the packaging products use, I don't know one way or the other about the little plastic sachets - nothing on the packaging says it can be Redcycled, so I'm assuming its a landfill waste item. Slow-clap congrats on the cardboard outer box, anyone can do that, but the dual foil/plastic sachets are a big no-no.

I hope you keep losing customers if you keep screwing around. I'm going all natural tap water from now on. Suckers.

Hi Justin, thanks for sharing your comments on our Vanilla sachets. Firstly, we're sorry you have not been enjoying the product recently. We did make some changes to the creamer some time ago to ensure a continued creamy and frothy experience and it sounds like you have noticed a difference in that consistency. Secondly, thank you for your comments on the sachet packaging. We too are concerned and committed to finding better solutions for our packaging that we are working on now. Our ambition is to achieve 100% recyclable or reusable packaging by 2025.
The Nescafé Team.
