Instant Flat White
In four simple steps, create a rich, deep flavoured Flat White with Nescafé. Right for any moment, whether you’re starting your day, or ending it.
Ingredients
- 2 tsps (4g) instant Nescafe Gold
- 2 Tbsps (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)
- 190ml low fat milk
Create It!
STEP ONE
Mix the instant coffee and the hot water. Stir it well, and pour it into your coffee cup.
STEP TWO
Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute then froth the warmed milk for 1 minute with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 1 finger thick – 15mm, to be precise.
STEP THREE
Slowly pour the frothed milk into the coffee.
STEP FOUR
Carefully aim your milk for the middle of the cup to create a milky dot when finished pouring.
