Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute then froth the warmed milk for 1 minute with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 1 finger thick – 15mm, to be precise.
Slowly pour the frothed milk into the coffee.
Carefully aim your milk for the middle of the cup to create a milky dot when finished pouring.
