What is the promotion?

Prize draw promotion open to GB residents only, 18+. Enter online 30.09.20 – 27.10.20 for a chance to win a Glamping Staycation (2 x one-night vouchers) and a set of Assist Hybrid Electric Bikes’ prize package.

Also an additional prize draw every day during the promotion to win a £20 gift card.

How long is the promotion running for?

The promotion will be open between 30.09.2020 until the 27.10.2020. Entries, depending on times will be accepted into the relevant promotional draws detailed above. Entries are valid for the applicable daily draw only and will not roll over. 

Which products are included in the promotion?

NESCAFÉ AZERA Coffee To Go created through a self-serve NESCAFÉ AZERA coffee machine.

 

Entering the Daily Draw and Main Glamping Staycation Prize Draw

 

What prizes are available to win?

There are two (2) daily prizes of £20.00 gift card available to be won throughout the promotional period. 28 daily draws x 2 prizes, therefore 56 prizes in total. 

There is one major prize draw conducted at the end of the promotion for one prize of a Glamping Staycation (2 x one-night vouchers) and a set of Assist Hybrid Electric Bikes prize package. Winners are sent an email to explain the claim process required.

How do I enter the promotion?

To enter for a chance to win, participants must:

  • Purchase a NESCAFÉ AZERA Coffee To Go;
  • Retain receipt/proof of purchase as it may be required for claim purposes
  • Either scan the QR code on the cup to be taken directly to the entry page or visit www.nescafe.com/gb/about-us/coffee-to-go/prize-draw
  • Follow the instructions on screen to be entered into the major prize draw and the next available daily draw. 

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection is required to enter the promotion and to claim your prize if you are a winner.

Where can I find the QR code?

The QR code will only be found on the limited edition NESCAFÉ AZERA Coffee To Go cups.

How often can I enter?

It is one entry per person per day. 

Do I have to purchase a product to enter?

You must purchase a NESCAFÉ AZERA Coffee To Go to enter the promotion, and please remember to retain receipt as this may be required to provide proof of purchase.

How old do I have to be to enter? 

You must be 18 years or older to enter this promotion. 

How are winners notified?

If you are a winner, we will attempt to contact you the next working day via email, to confirm the claim process. Please note, if you enter on a weekend, this will be on the following Monday. There will be a request for further information such as promotional pack or receipt. Winners are contacted via the email address provided upon entry.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

Winners have 14 days to complete the claim instructions provided in the winning notification emails.

How will I receive my prize?

After your win has been verified, you will receive your £20.00 gift card via Royal Mail. If you are the lucky winner of the glamping prize, the fulfilment agency will be in touch to book your prize.

I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?

Only residents of GB (England, Scotland and Wales) can enter the promotion.


Issues/Problems

 

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

  1. If you are a winner, you will receive a confirmation email the next working day letting you know that you have won. 
  2. If you are not a winner, you will not receive an email from us confirming you haven’t won. Winners only are contacted. 

If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter.

The website isn’t loading / working properly. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down ‘CTRL’ and pressing ‘F5’; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker.
