What is this promotion for?

NESCAFÉ is offering the chance to win 1 of 3 salaries worth £/€30,000 each – that’s £/€2,500 each month for one whole year! Plus, we’ve got a £/€500 cash bonus up for grabs every day from 11 January 2021 to 10 April 2021. We will then be running one final prize draw for all late entries received between 11 April 2021 and 31 December 2021, where the winner will receive £/€1,000.

How long is the promotion running for?

The promotion will run from 00.00 to 23.59 from 11 January 2021 to 10 April 2021. After this, there will be one more opportunity to win through a late entry prize draw, which will run from 11 April 2021 to 31 December 2021.

Is there an age limit for entry?

You must be aged 18 years or older to enter this promotion.

I am not in the UK or ROI. Can I still enter?

Only residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Republic of Ireland can enter this promotion.

Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?

Yes, if you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland, you need to buy a promotional jar of NESCAFÉ. Each promotional jar’s front label lists a unique promotional code on the reverse side, which is required at the point of entry.

I’m a resident of Northern Ireland, do I have to make a purchase to enter the promotion?

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, you don’t have to make a purchase to enter the promotion. Instead, please email us your name, age, full postal address and email address to consumer.services@uk.nestle.com. Once verified, we will email you a unique promotional code for you to use to enter the promotion. Maximum 2 entries per person. We must receive your request no later than 04.04.2021 to ensure your request is processed for a salary cash prize (£/€30,000) or a cash bonus (£/€500). Valid requests will be entered into the late entry prize draw (for the chance to win £/€1,000) if they are received before 24.12.2021.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?

An internet connection is required to enter this promotion.

I don’t have a computer or laptop – can I still enter the promotion?

Yes, you can use a mobile or tablet device to enter the promotion.

Where can I buy a promotional jar?

You can buy a promotional jar of NESCAFÉ from most supermarkets, discounters, high street stores, and online (whilst stocks last).

How do I enter the promotion?

If you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales), the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands or the Republic of Ireland:

  • Buy a promotional jar of NESCAFÉ while stocks last and retain your proof of purchase
  • Peel off the front label of your promotional jar to find your unique promotional code on the reverse.
  • Register for or sign in to Perks by NESCAFÉ on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website.
  • Submit your full name, email address and unique 14-character promotional code to enter the Win A Salary promotion. You will receive an onscreen message confirming that your entry was successful.

If you are a resident of Northern Ireland:

  • Contact our Consumer Services Team to request a unique promotional code (see question above).
  • Register for or sign in to Perks by NESCAFÉ on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website.
  • Submit your full name, email address and unique 14-character promotional code to enter the Win A Salary promotion. You will receive an onscreen message confirming that your entry was successful.

Can I enter if I’ve already created an account on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website?

If you are over 18 years of age and are a resident of the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and have already created an account on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website, then you can sign in with your email address and password to enter the promotion.

Can I enter if I’ve already got a Nestlé UK&I account on another Nestlé UK&I brand website?

If you are over 18 years of age and are a resident of the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and already have a Nestlé UK&I account created on another Nestlé UK&I brand website, then you can sign in with your email address and password to enter the promotion.

What details will I need to enter?

In order to enter the Win A £/€ 30,000 Salary For A Year promotion, you will need to enter your first and last name, email address and date of birth as part of the registration process for Perks by NESCAFÉ. If you’ve already created an account on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website, or signed in using an email address and password from a Nestlé UK&I account, then you will have already provided these details as part of your registration. You will then need to enter your unique promotional code. In addition, you will need to provide your postal address for verification purposes. If you are selected as a winner and are a resident of ROI, you will also need to provide your bank account details so that your prize may be sent to you via BACS transfer.

I sent a postal entry from Northern Ireland, but haven’t received a response. What should I do?

Where can I find my unique 14-character promotional code?

Unique 14-character promotional codes can be found on the reverse side of the front label of your promotional jar. Simply peel off the label (where it says ‘Peel Here’ in the bottom right corner) to find your unique promotional code on the reverse.

How many times can I enter the Win A £/€ 30,000 Salary For A Year promotion and how many times could I win a prize?

There is no limit to the number of times a participant may enter, provided that you use a new unique promotional code each time. Max. one prize type (either a £/€30,000 salary for a year cash prize, a £/€500 cash bonus, or the £/€1,000 late entry draw prize) per person, and max. one prize per household. Each code is unique and can only be used once.

How can I be sure that I have entered the promotion?

Once you have filled in your details, entered your unique promotional code and clicked 'Submit', you will see an onscreen message confirming your entry.

What proof of entry should I keep hold of while I am waiting to hear if I am a winner?

Keep hold of your promotional jar, front label and proof of purchase (till receipt) as you will need them in order to complete the mandatory verification process. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland, keep hold of the email you received from our Consumer Services Team sharing your requested code.

When are winners selected?

From 12 January 2021, we will start drawing winners for each daily prize of £/€500. The daily cash prizes allocated to Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays will be drawn the following day. Daily cash prizes allocated to Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays will be drawn the following Monday. We will select our final daily cash prize winner on Monday 12 April 2021.

All daily prize draw entries will be automatically entered into 1 of 3 monthly prize draws to win a £/€30,000 salary cash prize. Our 3 headline prize draws will take on 11 February 2021, 11 March 2021 and 11 April 2021.

Late entries received from 11 April 2021 to 31 December 2021 will have an opportunity to win a prize of £/€1,000. The prize draw will take place on 4 January 2022.

How are prizes won?

Winners will be drawn by an independent third party.

How are winners notified?

If you are selected as a winner, you will be notified via email on the same day that your prize was allocated to you. This email will contain details of the claim process, including things like the extra information we require for verification purposes, such as your proof of purchase.

What prizes are available to win?

There are 94 cash prizes available to be won throughout the promotional period:

  • 1 cash prize of £/€500 every day for 90 days;
  • 3 salary cash prizes of £/€30,000, 1 to be won each month; and
  • An additional £/€1,000 cash prize to be won in the late entry draw.

Winners will be paid in GBP(£) for residents based in the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The prizes will be paid in EUR(€) for residents based in ROI.

How long do I have to claim my prize?

From the date that you receive an email notifying that we’ve chosen you as a winner, you have 14 days to complete the claim process in order to receive your prize.

How will I receive my prize?

If you are a winner based in the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, your prize will be sent to you as a cheque and you will receive it via 2nd Class Signed For post. If you are a winner based in ROI, you will receive your prize via BACS transfer.

A winner of a £30,000 prize will receive it via monthly cheques of £2,500 each for a year. A winner of a €30,000 prize will receive it via monthly BACS payments of €2,500 each for a year. Daily cash bonus winners and the catch-all prize winner will receive their prizes as one lump sum.

My prize hasn’t arrived, what should I do?

Once you’ve completed the claim process, we’ll arrange for your prize to be delivered to you and give you an estimated delivery date. If you are a resident in the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, please wait for 4 weeks after you’ve completed the claim process before getting in touch with our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 ( ROI).

How do I find out about future promotions?

You simply need to register for or sign in to your Perks by NESCAFÉ account on our website and go to the Offers & Promos tab to read all the latest information. By registering, you are opting-in to receive email communications from NESCAFÉ (you can change your contact preferences at any time). If you’ve opted-in then you will receive updates from us that will give details of current promotions and offers that are currently available.>

I’m having trouble peeling my promotional jar label – what should I do?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot peel off your promotional jar front label, you should contact our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI) to request a replacement code. Any request must be received by 04.04.2021 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

My unique code is illegible – what do I do?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI) and a replacement code will be sent to you. Any request must be received by 04.04.2021 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.

The microsite doesn't recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?

Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI).

My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?

A valid entry has been made if you receive an onscreen message confirming you have successfully entered the promotion. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code again. If you are still experiencing difficulties, please contact our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI).

The website is not loading / working properly. What should I do?

Please refresh your browser and try to access the page again. It may be that you need to clear your cache by holding down 'CTRL' and pressing 'F5'; this consists of data stored by your computer to enable similar future actions to be completed quicker. If you experience problems on one device, please try on another. I think I might have given you the wrong details for receiving my prize. What should I do?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for failure to deliver prizes due to inaccurately supplied postal address or bank account details. Please take care when entering this information.

If you believe you may have entered your details incorrectly, you can contact our Consumer Services Team either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by telephone on 0800 58 57 59 (UK) or 00800 6378 5385 (ROI). If you are a winner based in the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and your prize is not already out for delivery, we may be able to update your delivery details. If you are a winner based in ROI and your prize has not already been sent via BACS transfer, we may be able to update your bank account details.

I have received an email notifying me that I have won a cash prize. I completed the claim process, but now wish to change my delivery details. What should I do?

Can I cancel my prize once I have claimed?

Once you have confirmed your details and your prize is on its way, you will not be able to cancel the delivery.
