What is this promotion for?
NESCAFÉ Original are offering the chance to win a 1x salary worth £30,000 each – that’s £2,500 each month for one whole year! Plus, we’ve got 1,000 cash prizes available to be won instantly from 9th January 2023 to 11th April 2023. We will then be running one final prize draw for all late entries received between 12th April 2023 and 2nd January 2024, where the winner will receive £1,000.
How long is the promotion running for?
The promotion will run from 00.00 on 9th January 2023 to 23.59 on 11th April 2023. After this, there will be one more opportunity to win through a late entry prize draw, which will run from 12th April 2023 to 2nd January 2024.

Is there an age limit for entry?
You must be aged 18 years or older to enter this promotion.
I am not in the UK. Can I still enter?
Only residents of the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands can enter this promotion.
Do I need to make a purchase to enter the promotion?
Yes, if you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, you need to buy a promotional pack of NESCAFÉ Original (100g, 200g, 300g) or NESCAFÉ Original Decaf (100g, 200g, 300g). Each promotional front of pack lists a unique promotional code on the reverse side of the front of pack label or inside of pack, which is required at the point of entry.
Do I need to be connected to the internet to enter the promotion?
An internet connection is required to enter this promotion.
I don’t have a computer or laptop – can I still enter the promotion?
Yes, you can use a mobile or tablet device to enter the promotion.
Where can I buy a promotional pack?
You can buy a promotional pack featuring the Win A Salary competition messaging on NESCAFÉ Original (100g, 200g, 300g) and NESCAFÉ Original Decaf (100g, 200g, 300g) from most supermarkets, high street stores, and online (while stocks last).
How do I enter the promotion?

If you are a resident of Great Britain (England, Scotland or Wales), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands:

  • Buy a promotional pack of of NESCAFÉ Original or NESCAFÉ Original Decaf while stocks last and retain your proof of purchase.
  • Peel the front label off of your promotional jar of NESCAFÉ Original and NESCAFÉ Original Decaf, to find your unique promotional code on the reverse.
  • Register for or sign into Perks by NESCAFÉ on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website.
  • Submit your first name, last name, email address, which retailer you bought your promotional pack from and unique 10-character promotional code to enter the Win A Salary promotion. You will receive an on-screen message confirming that your entry was successful. You will also be notified immediately on screen if you are an Instant Win prize winner.
Can I enter if I’ve already created an account on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website?
If you are over 18 years of age and are a resident of the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and have already created an account with NESCAFÉ Perks, then you can sign in with your email address and password to enter the promotion, providing you have bought a promotional NESCAFÉ Original pack and kept your till receipt / proof of purchase.
Can I enter if I’ve already got a Nestlé UK&I account on another Nestlé UK&I brand website?
If you are over 18 years of age and are a resident of the UK (including Northern Ireland), the Isle of Man or the Channel Islands, and already have a Nestlé UK&I account created on another Nestlé UK&I brand website, then you can sign in with your email address and password to enter the promotion.
What details will I need to enter?
In order to enter the Win A £30,000 Salary For A Year promotion, you will need to enter your first and last name, email address and date of birth as part of the registration process for Perks by NESCAFÉ. If you’ve already created an account on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website, or signed in using an email address and password from a Nestlé UK&I account, then you will have already provided these details as part of your registration. You will then need to enter your unique promotional code. In addition winners will need to provide your postal address for verification purposes and confirm the retailer that they purchased from.

Where can I find my unique 10-character promotional code?
Unique 10-character promotional codes can be found on the reverse side of the front label of your promotional jar. Simply peel off the label (where it says ‘Peel Here’ in the bottom right corner) to find your unique promotional code on the reverse.
How many times can I enter the Win A £30,000 Salary For A Year promotion and how many times could I win a prize?
There is no limit on your number of entries, provided that you use a new unique promotional code for each entry. Max. one prize value type (either a £30,000 salary for a year cash prize or one of each of the 1000’s cash prize types of £500, £100, £50, £20) per person, and max. one prize value type per household. Each code is unique and can only be used once.
How can I be sure that I have entered the promotion?
Once you have filled in your details, entered your unique promotional code and clicked Submit, you will see an on-screen message confirming your entry. You will be told instantly whether you have won or lost.
What proof of entry should I keep hold of while I am waiting to hear if I am a winner?
Keep hold of your promotional pack, front label and till receipt / proof of purchase as you will need them in order to complete the mandatory verification process.

Notifying our Winners

Instant Cash Prizes

If you are a lucky winner of an instant cash prize, you will be notified on screen immediately, once you have entered your code. You will be told whether you have won £500, £100, £50 or £20. You will receive an email within 48 hours, requiring further information to complete your claim and receive your prize.

There are 1,000 x cash (5 x £500, 10 x £100, 35 x £50 & 950 x £20) available to be won between 00:00 09.01.2023 and 11:59 11.04.2023.

All valid entries will be automatically entered into the grand prize draw to win a £30,000 salary cash prize. Our headline prize draw will take place on 12th April 2023.

Late entries received from 12th April 2023 to 2nd January 2024 will have an opportunity to win a prize of £1,000. The late entry prize draw will take place on 3rd January 2024.

How are prizes won?

During the promotion, online instant win prizes are randomly allocated and linked to open ‘winning moments’ that have been randomly pre-selected by a secure independently verified computer programme. There are 1,000 winning moments available throughout the promotion. The first person to enter a unique promotional code at the same time or be the first after any allocated winning moment will have been deemed to have won. All 1,000 prizes are available to be won but may not be won if not all the winning moments are matched.

During the promotion all valid entries will be automatically entered the grand prize draw to win a £30,000 salary cash prize. Our headline prize draw will take place on 12th April 2023.via an independently audited and verified draw programme.

How are winners notified?

If you are an instant win winner you will be notified onscreen immediately after your entry You will receive an email within 48 hours. This email will contain details of the claim process, including things like the extra information we require for verification purposes, such as your proof of purchase.

What prizes are available to win?

There are 1,002 cash prizes available to be won throughout the promotional period:

Total of 1,000 cash prizes of 5 x £500, 10 x £100, 35 x £50 and 950 x £20 to be won every day for 90 days;
1 prize of £30,000 to be win on 12th April 2023; and
An additional £1,000 cash prize to be won in the late entry draw.

How long do I have to claim my prize?
From the date that you receive an email notifying that we’ve chosen you as a winner, you have 14 days to complete the claim process in order to receive your prize.
What do I need to enter the promotion?
To enter the promotion, you will need to purchase one of the participating promotional packs, keep your receipt and promotional pack as proof of purchase. Then register for, or sign into Perks by NESCAFÉ on the NESCAFÉ UK&I website. Submit your full name, email address and unique 10-character promotional code to enter the Win A Salary promotion. You will receive an on-screen message confirming whether you have won one of the instant cash prizes and confirmation of your entry being placed into one of the three draws.
How will I receive my prize?

If you are a winner of the instant win prizes, your prize will be sent as a BACS payment. The payment will be paid into your account following successful verification.

The winner of the £30,000 prize will receive it via 12x monthly BACs payments of £2,500 for a year. Cash prize winners and the catch-all prize winner will receive their prizes as one lump sum via BACs payment.

My prize hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Once you’ve completed the claim process, we’ll arrange for your prize to be sent to you via BACS. Please allow 28 days after you’ve completed the claim process for your prize to arrive. If your prize has not arrived within 28 days, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by phone on 0800 58 57 59.
How do I find out about future promotions?
You simply need to register for or sign into your Perks by NESCAFÉ account on our website and go to the Offers & Promos tab to read all the latest information. By registering, you are opting-in to receive email communications from NESCAFÉ (you can change your contact preferences at any time). If you’ve opted-in then you will receive updates from us that will give details of current promotions and offers that are currently available.

Issues / Problems

I’m having trouble peeling my promotional jar label – what should I do?
Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot peel off your promotional jar front label, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by phone on 0800 58 57 59 to request a replacement code. Any request must be received by 3rd April 2023 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.
My unique code is illegible – what do I do?
Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com and provide a clear photo of your damaged/illegible code. Any request must be received by 3rd April 2023 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date.
What do I do if my label rips on my promotional jar?
Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for promotional codes damaged or defaced in the way the product packaging is opened. If you cannot read your promotional code due to a genuine printing error, you should contact Nestlé Consumer Services by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com and provide a clear photo of your damaged/illegible code. Any request must be received by 3rd April 2023 to ensure that the request can be processed before the final closing date. For the bonus draw, any requests must be received by 27th December 2023.
The microsite doesn't recognise my code or tells me it has already been entered. What should I do?
Firstly, make sure you've entered your code exactly as it appears on the jar front label or inside of your promotional pack. If you've previously entered this code, you will be unable to enter again using the same code. If you are still getting an error message and you are not sure why, please contact Nestlé Consumer Services either by email at consumer.services@uk.nestle.com or by phone on 0800 58 57 59.
My computer / the website crashed as I was entering the promotion, how will I know if I’ve entered successfully?
A valid entry has been made if you receive an on-screen message confirming you have successfully entered the promotion. If your computer or the website crashes during this process, please revisit the website and re-enter the same code again. The website isn't loading / working properly. What should I do?

Nestlé does not assume any responsibility for failure to deliver prizes due to inaccurately supplied bank account details. Please take care when entering this information.
