Pumpkin Spiced Latte Recipe

A pumpkin spice latte is the perfect companion for autumn or during the cold winter days.

What you need

  • 6tsp NESCAFÉ AZERA My Way Latte
  • 4tbsp unsweetened pumpkin puree (available canned. alternatively, steam 100g pumpkin until tender, and then blend until smooth)
  • 200 ml hot water (Approx. 80ºC)
  • 1tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/8tsp (0,5 g) ground cloves
  • 2-3tsp sugar-free vanilla syrup
  • 200ml semi skimmed milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 2tbsp lightly whipped cream (optional)

  • Whisk
  • Small pan/ pot
  • Handheld milk frother
  • Small grater
  • 2 glasses, to serve

STEP ONE

Brew the coffee by combining 6 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Azera My Way Latte with 200 ml hot water.

STEP TWO

Add the freshly brewed NESCAFÉ AZERA My Way Latte, unsweetened pumpkin puree, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, cloves and sugar-free vanilla syrup to a small pot on a medium heat. As it heats, whisk constantly until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

STEP THREE

Pour the mixture into your cup and top up with frothed milk.
You can use your favourite dairy or plant-based dairy alternative for this recipe. However, some plant-based dairy alternatives might take longer to froth.

STEP FOUR

If you’re adding whipped cream, spoon the whipped cream on top and grate a few rasps of nutmeg on top. Serve immediately.
