In September 2018, NESCAFÉ AZERA opened the doors to the first coffee shop at The O2 Arena, London. Based on the level 1 concourse of the O2, the coffee shop is a world-first for our NESCAFÉ AZERA brand and we’re delighted to be serving coffee fans visiting the world’s most popular music and entertainment venue.

The coffee shop is located near block 108 on the level 1 concourse within the arena.
The NESCAFÉ AZERA Coffee Shop is open before and during events at The O2. Please check The O2 website for event timings to make sure you can visit us to grab a coffee or another drink. It’s not possible to visit the coffee shop outside of event hours as the arena is closed to the general public.

Assistance dogs are welcome in The O2. Water bowls are available too. Just ask a member of the team.
Yes, this is fine and make sure you share your photos on social media and tag us in (Twitter: @NescafeAzera; Instagram: @nescafeazera). However, please make sure you’re aware of the wider guidance from The O2 around using a camera in the arena.
Small personal cameras and smartphones are fine for each show, but larger SLR type cameras are not permitted into the venue unfortunately. For information can be found in the FAQs on The O2 website.
Yes, we do! We serve a range of coffee drinks as well as a variety of water and bottled beers.
It’s not possible to reserve a seat. The majority of customers prefer to grab a coffee to go.
Yes, we have a drop counter for wheelchair access at the coffee shop and further information on accessibility can be found on The O2 website.
The O2 is now a cashless arena in order to speed up sales and reduce your waiting time. We accept major debit and credit cards including: Visa, Visa Electron, Visa V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB. We don’t accept Apple Pay.

The arena Lost Property Department is open every day from midday. Call 0208 463 2030. Or email lostproperty@theo2.co.uk.
Our coffee shop team will hand over any lost property to The O2 arena team. They can only keep things for seven days. After that they donate them to charity. We and The O2 aren’t responsible for anything that’s lost or stolen.
Unfortunately, we don’t have a toilet in the coffee shop, however there are plenty of toilets located throughout the level 1 concourse at The O2.
Yes. You can take advantage of hotspots for both O2 WiFi and The Cloud.
No. The O2 is a no smoking venue. E-cigarettes can be used anywhere in The O2 except the performance spaces.
