- 4.00 - 8.00 tsp instant coffee brewed with 400ml of freshly boiled water and left to cool
- 100.00 ml semi-skimmed milk or dairy-free alternative
- 2.00 tbsp sugar syrup mix with ( 1.00 tbsp boiling water, bring to the boil and stir until dissolved )
- 2.00 handfuls ice cubes
- 2.00 tbsp lightly whipped cream (optional)

Add all the ingredients apart from the cream to a blender.

Blend until foamy and the ice is broken down completely.
