- 30.00 ml ( 2.00 tbsps ) freshly boiled water
- 10.00 - 12.00 medium ice cubes
- 195.00 ml cold water
- 1.00 tsp ( 5.00 ml ) brown sugar (optional)

Mix the instant coffee with the hot water. Add the sugar, if you’re using it. Stir it well and set it aside.
