- 2.00 tbsp maple pecan syrup
- 200.00 ml frothed semi-skimmed milk or dairy-free alternative
- 2.00 tbsp lightly whipped cream (optional)
- 2.00 chopped pecans (optional)
- 7.00 servings • For the maple pecan syrup:
- 2.00 tbsp pecan butter (available online but can be substituted with almond butter)
- 2.00 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.00 tbsp soft dark brown sugar
- 1.00 tsp vanilla extract
- 2.00 tbsp double cream

To make the maple pecan syrup combine all the ingredients apart from the cream and vanilla extract in a small pan over medium-high heat, stirring, until smooth. Remove syrup from heat and whisk in the cream and vanilla extract. Set aside to cool completely (any leftover syrup can be stored in the fridge for future use).

Combine the freshly brewed NESCAFÉ® Classic and 2tbsp of the maple pecan syrup in a jug and whisk until well blended. Top up with frothed milk.
