Prepare the pumpkin spice mix
In a small bowl, combine ¼ teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, ground ginger, cloves and nutmeg.

Add coffee, sugar & spice mix
Combine the dry ingredients including 2 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ® GOLD and 1 teaspoon of sugar in your mug.

Pour hot water and mix
Pour in 60 ml of hot water, heated to 80°C – the perfect temperature for NESCAFÉ®.

Heat and froth the milk
A cappuccino is normally half milk, half froth on top of the coffee.

Pour the milk
Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee.

Sprinkle with spice
Gently sprinkle a pinch or two of the pumpkin spice mix over the foam for a warm, tasty finish.
