Chocolate Fudge Float

Treat yourself to this sweet, creamy drink. Chocolate & caramel flavoured coffee topped with hot milk, cream, fudge & a drizzle of chocolate sauce.

What you need

  • 4tsp chocolate flavour syrup
  • 4tsp caramel flavour syrup
  • 400ml hot milk
  • 3-4tsp NESCAFÉ GOLD (dissolved in 6tbsp boiling water)
  • 2tbsp aerosol cream light
  • 20g bite size fudge pieces
  • 10g chocolate sauce, to decorate
  • Required equipment:
  • Jug
  • 2 mugs
  • Allergens in this recipe: Milk

Create It!

STEP ONE

Place the syrups in a jug and top with hot milk, stir together then divide between two coffee cups.

STEP TWO

Pour the coffee shots over milk in each cup slowly so it floats over the milk.

Top with the cream and decorate with the fudge pieces and chocolate sauce before diving in!
