Nescafe Coffee Tropica​

This sweet coffee mocktail will give your morning an extra tropical feel

Ingredients

  • 50 ml syrup*
  • 5 g NESCAFÉ Blend 43
  • 120 ml water (room temperature)
  • Pineapple juice (ice cubes)
  • Pineapple slices (torched)
  • Jasmine flowers (optional)
  • *For the syrup
  • 1 Vanilla bean
  • 200 ml Water
  • 200 g Coconut sugar
  • Lime (sliced)

Create It!

COFFEE TROPICA STEP 1
STEP ONE

Prepare the pineapple juice cubes by pouring pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze for a few hours​

COFFEE TROPICA STEP 2
STEP TWO

Create the syrup by putting vanilla bean, water, coconut sugar and lime into a pot and bring to the boil. Cool completely.

COFFEE TROPICA STEP 3
STEP THREE

Dissolve NESCAFÉ Blend 43 with room temperature water and add to cooled syrup. Stir.​

COFFEE TROPICA STEP 4
STEP FOUR

Torch pineapple pieces to caramelise until golden. ​

COFFEE TROPICA STEP 5
STEP FIVE

Pour coffee mixture into a serving glass and garnish with pineapple slices and jasmine flowers​
