NESCAFÉ BLEND 43 Instant Coffee

Prepare the pineapple juice cubes by pouring pineapple juice into an ice cube tray and freeze for a few hours
Create the syrup by putting vanilla bean, water, coconut sugar and lime into a pot and bring to the boil. Cool completely.
Dissolve NESCAFÉ Blend 43 with room temperature water and add to cooled syrup. Stir.
Torch pineapple pieces to caramelise until golden.
Pour coffee mixture into a serving glass and garnish with pineapple slices and jasmine flowers
