Ingredients

  • 250ml
    Milk
  • 5 grams
    Nescafe Gold
  • 4 pieces
    Dates
  • Garnish
    Mango pulp or durian pulp quenelle
  • 15 ml
    Honey
  • 15 grams
    Grounded Almond
  • Half
    Banana
  • 5 grams
    Golden Coffee base
  • 3 pieces
    Ice cubes

Method of Preparation

1. Take 250ml mlik
2. Add 5g NESCAFÉ GOLD
3. 4 dates
4. Add 15ml honey
5. Put 12g grounded almond
6. Add1/2 banana
7. Add golden coffee base
8. Add ice cubes
9. Blend

Tiramisu

Desserts are mostly enjoyed and shared with friends in the mid-afternoon or evening

Ingredients

  • 5tbsp
    Locker Mini Hazenut Biscuit
  • 55 g
    Monin Tiramisu Syrup
  • 12g
    Dark Chocolate Sauce
  • Garnish
    Bacci Dark Chocolate Balls or Ferraro Chocolate Balls

Method of Preparation

  1. Place the Locker mini hazelnut biscuits into the bottom of the glass.
  2. Add Monin tiramisu syrup on top of the Locker mini hazelnut biscuit.
  3. Place the dark chocolate sauce.
  4. Add Frappélatte.
  5. Add extra dark chocolate sauce on top of the Frappélatte.
  6. Rosette whipping cream at one side on top of the dark chocolate sauce.
  7. Garnish with Bacci dark chocolate balls.
  8. Serve immediately.

WILDBERRIES SWIRL & MANGO COMPOTE

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp
    Monin Wildberry Sauce
  • 55 g
    Frappélatte
  • 1tbsp
    Extra Monin Wildberry Sauce Whipping Cream
  • Garnish
    Fresh mangoes compote

Method of Preparation

  1. Pour Monin wildberry sauce into bottom of a serving glass.
  2. Top with the Frappélatte.
  3. Add the extra Monin wildberry sauce.
  4. Garnish with fresh mangoes compote.
  5. Serve immediately.
