These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry/claim instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions and by entering all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the Terms and Conditions. Participants should retain a copy for their information.


The Promoter takes data protection seriously. By entering this promotion, participants confirm that they have read the Privacy Policy and agree to these Terms and Conditions for the promotion. By submitting any information required as part of their entry into the Promotion, entrants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act 2018.



1.       Open to United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, its agents, affiliates, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion.

2. No proof of purchase required.

3. Internet access to the Bazaarvoice platform and registration of a Bazaarvoice account required.

4. Conduct of Entry: Entrants of the Promotion agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to remove any entry by an individual found to be tampering with the operation of the Promotion, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.

Promotional Period

5. Promotion opens at 00.01 on 19.11.24 to 23:59 on 19.12.24. Reviews received outside of this promotional period will not be included in the prize draw.

How to enter

6. To enter, participants must:

Via Bazaarvoice:

• Leave a genuine review for any of the following products: NESCAFÉ Golden Honeycomb AERO Mocha, NESCAFÉ AERO Peppermint Mocha or NESCAFÉ QUALITY STREET Green Triangle as listed under the Bazaarvoice header, between the stated dates.
• Entrants will be required to provide their first name, last name and a valid, current email address.
• A maximum of one review is permitted per registered user.
• The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be attempting to circumvent this clause by tampering with the operation of the promotion, setting up multiple accounts or using multiple identities, or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be in violation of the Terms and Conditions; or to be acting in any manner deemed by the Promoter to be disruptive.
• Entries (bulk or otherwise) from trade, agencies or third parties, or automated entries are not permitted and will be disqualified.

7. Entry into the prize draw is automatic upon completion of a genuine product review (good or bad) of any of the products as listed above via the Bazaarvoice platform. All genuine, valid reviews will have the same chance of winning. By entering, participants accept that their submitted review is subject to being moderated by the Promoter. Participants are solely responsible for the content they provide. Such entries cannot infringe the copyright or other intellectual property rights of others. Any reviews that are not relevant to the product will be excluded from the promotion. Any inappropriate, unsuitable, or offensive material will be removed immediately and may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Any such submission will subsequently be withdrawn from the Promotion.

8. No responsibility will be accepted for entries which are incomplete, incorrectly completed, not received for whatever reason or for any technical or other error that may arise with any entry.

Prize Details

9. There is one (1) prize available to be won in total, consisting of a £50 Shopping voucher for use at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/. The voucher will be valid for 10 months from the date of issue and will be subject to the issuer’s own terms of use which can be found at https://www.love2shop.co.uk/site-tcs. The supplier of the voucher is in no way associated with or sponsors of this promotion.

Winner selection & notification

10. The winner will be drawn by an independent auditor at random from all valid and genuine entries received from all entries by the stated closing date.

11. The winner will be notified via email within ten (10 working days of the draw date using the email address included in their original entry, to verify the win and also confirm acceptance of the prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted after 14 days of original notification, or is unable to take the prize, the prize entitlement will be withdrawn and the prize awarded to a reserve winner selected at the time of the initial prize allocation.

12. The prize will be sent via email within 28 working days of the claim validation and confirmation of the winner’s email address. The prize is not transferable. The prize is as stated. No cash alternative will be offered.

13. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and the winner including, but not limited to, any entrant’s identity, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement or refuse further participation in the promotion where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any instructions forming part of this promotion’s entry requirements, or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the promotion, or won using fraudulent means. The Promoter will be the final arbiter in any decisions, and these will be binding.

14. It is the responsibility of entrants to check junk/spam folders to ensure they are in receipt of any communications. The Promoter cannot be responsible for missed notifications and the subsequent withdrawal of the prize in the event of the claim period having passed.

General

15. By taking part in the promotion, the winner agrees that the Promoter may contact them to ask whether they want to participate in marketing activities/PR relating to this promotion only. Such publicity may include, without limitation, the entrants’ name and/or if consent given, image or statements made by entrants concerning the promotion and/or prize obtained as part of the promotion. The winner is not obliged to agree to any such request.

16. Subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be found at https://www.nestle.co.uk/en-gb/privacypolicy, the surname and county of the verified winner will be available upon request by sending an email to: consumer.services@uk.nestle.com with the subject line “WINNER’S’ LIST: NESCAFÉ GOLD FROTHY BAZAAR VOICE RATE & REVIEW PRIZE DRAW” for a period of 3 months following the end of the promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse any or all such requests. If any the winner objects to their information being published, then they can contact the Promoter by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com with the subject “WINNER’S LIST: NESCAFÉ GOLD FROTHY BAZAAR VOICE RATE AND REVIEW PRIZE DRAW”. We may nevertheless disclose the information to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to do so.

17. By participating in the promotion, entrants license and grants the Promoter an exclusive, royalty free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, and sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution, or liability. Participants agree not to assert any moral rights in relation to such use where the moral rights in respect of the content are theirs to assert. Participants warrant that the comments are their own, have not been copied, in whole or in part, from any third party and they have full authority to grant these rights.

18. Limitations of Liability: Neither the Promoter nor the promotional parties assume any responsibility or liability for:

a. Any incorrect or inaccurate submission during the registration process, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions.
b. Any unauthorised access to, or theft, destruction, or alteration of entry at any point in the operation of this Promotion. Communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this Promotion.
c. Inaccessibility or unavailability of the internet or the website or any combination thereof.

19. Regretfully, the Promoter cannot be held liable for system failures on the website.

20. All participants will be required to provide a genuine email address that is personal, valid, and accessible throughout the promotion. In the event that the specified information is not provided or is incorrect or an alias, the entry may be considered incomplete, and the Promoter reserves the right to invalidate the entry.

21. In the event of an email address becoming inaccessible during the promotion, the Promoter is not able to retrieve and amend any existing entries to a new email address.

22. If, for any reason, any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries. If an act, omission, event, or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation but will always endeavour to minimise the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

23. If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, invalid, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these Terms and Conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.

24. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the participating country but any disputes as to the meaning of these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the participant’s local courts.

25. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using the prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

Data Protection: The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion and the auditing of the entries where necessary and for no other purpose, unless we have your consent, and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications or prize PR. The surnames and counties of the verified winner will be made available as set out above and the winner can object to this by emailing: UKI.Dataprotection@uk.nestle.com. Otherwise, your personal details will at all times be kept confidential, and in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). For the purpose of this promotion, requests to delete personal data can only be actioned after the promotion has concluded and the winner(s) accepted their prize. Any data obtained via this promotion will be deleted after three (3) months of the promotional end date with the exception of the winner and reserve(s) whose data will be deleted after fulfilment of the prize.
