So, what is a Dalgona coffee, exactly? The Dalgona iced coffee became a worldwide favourite on social media. It’s easy to make, with just a few ingredients, and refreshingly ice cold. We’d recommend using an electric whisk if you have one, as you’ll need to mix the coffee, water, and sugar together until it’s foamy. A normal whisk works just as well, and you can even make this Dalgona coffee recipe with a teaspoon. It takes a bit longer without a whisk, but keep going.
And if your main question about this recipe is “How does a Dalgona taste?”, there’s only one way to get a satisfying answer. Try making it - the end result is utterly delicious. It’s a unique blend of fresh milk, or a plant-based dairy alternative if you’re using one, and NESCAFÉ coffee in a way you might not have enjoyed it before; thick, creamy, and velvety smooth.
This iced coffee is a fast, tasty way to cool off, and is easy to make in a few minutes. It’s a bold, refreshing drink that will have you coming back for more.
