- 200.00 ml very hot water (~80°C)
- 1.00 tbsp ( 8.00 g ) honey
- a pinch cinnamon powder
- 1.00 small cinnamon stick
- 1.00 tbsp whipped cream (optional)

On a plate, ignite 1 small cinnamon stick and top it with a glass. Let it smoke for 1-2 minutes.

In another glass, dissolve the instant coffee in 200ml of hot water (~80°C, just wait for the small bubbles to appear. No need to boil so you can save on energy).

Add a teaspoon (8g) of honey to taste and a pinch of cinnamon. Stir well.

Serve the coffee immediately in the smoked cup.
