Most people love enjoying a regular cup of latte to unwind after a long day. Still, some are concerned about experiencing the effects of caffeine.
Want to cut back on your caffeine intake but find it hard to give up coffee? NESCAFÉ has Decaf coffee where caffeine is removed entirely from the coffee beans in a natural and delicate way, without compromising on the aroma and flavours.
Satisfy your coffee fix and sweet cravings at the same time with this creamy caramel decaf latte. Now you can sit back and sip on your latte to enjoy the goodness of coffee — without the caffeine! This caramel latte recipe can be made with NESCAFÉ Classic Decaf that is rich in flavour, minus the caffeine, for an exquisite coffee experience.
Ditch the sugar in your coffee for caramel, a type of natural sweetener that gives your coffee a smoother texture. Drizzle caramel syrup on top of the milk foam for a barista-style, caramel decaf latte. Cater to your taste buds by altering the level of sweetness or swapping it with other sugar alternatives in your decaf latte. Discover your coffee however you prefer and find your Nescafé match.
INGREDIENTS:
2 tsps (4g) NESCAFÉ Classic Decaf / Gold Decaf
2 tbsps (30 ml) of very hot water (~80°C)
2 tsp (10ml) Caramel Syrup, Maple Syrup or Date Syrup
Mix 2 teaspoons (4g) of NESCAFÉ Classic Decaf/ NESCAFÉ Gold Decaf with two tablespoons (30ml) of very hot water (~80°C, just wait for the small bubbles to appear. No need to boil so you can save on energy).

Whisk the caramel-infused milk until frothy and foamy. Preferably, use an electric whisk to speed up.
STEP FOUR:
Pour the foamy milk into the coffee cup.
STEP FIVE:
Drizzle caramel syrup on top of your decaf latte for hints of sweetness.
