Mocha Bombs
Add an explosion of flavor to your mug, with this sweet treat made with rich NESCAFÉ Clásico and creamy chocolate.
Ingredients

4 cups plus 3 TbspNESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, divided

4 TbspVegetable shortening, divided

12 Tbsp (3/4 cup)NESCAFÉ® Clásico™ Instant Coffee

6 TbspHot chocolate mix

1/4 cupNESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels (or other morsels of choice

3/4 cupMini marshmallows

2 1/2-inchSilicone sphere or heart-shaped molds, 12 wells total
Method of Preparation
- Microwave 2 cups semi-sweet morsels and 2 tablespoons shortening in medium, uncovered, microwave-safe bowl on HIGH (100%) power for 1 minute. Stir until smooth. Paint the chocolate into the silicone molds to create a thin layer on the insides. Remove excess chocolate.
- Repeat Step 1 with 2 cups semi-sweet morsels and remaining 2 tablespoons shortening and then repeat process with remaining molds. Place molds into refrigerator to set.
- Once set, gently remove chocolate half spheres from molds and place on a sheet of parchment paper or clean work surface. Fill 6 of the half spheres with 2 tablespoons of NESCAFÉ Clásico, 1 tablespoon of hot chocolate mix, a pinch of mini morsels and marshmallows.
- Using a shallow microwave-safe bowl, melt remaining 3 tablespoons semi-sweet morsels in microwave according to package instructions. Pipe the melted morsels onto the lip/edge of one of the empty half spheres. Top one of the filled half spheres with this one to create a full sphere. Repeat with remaining half spheres. Refrigerate to set before using.
- Place one mocha bomb into a mug of hot milk and stir.

Method of Preparation
- Heat milk, morsels, NESCAFÉ CLÁSICO coffee granules and honey in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir constantly for 5 minutes or until morsels are melted and mixture reaches gentle boil. Remove from heat.
- Pour evenly into mugs. Top with a dollop of sweetened whipped cream and serve immediately.

Method of Preparation
- Whisk together milk, sweetened condensed milk, egg yolks, coffee granules and 1 teaspoon cinnamon in a medium sauce pan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently for 15 minutes or until mixture reaches a gentle boil and coats the back of a wooden spoon.
- Remove from heat, add rum and vanilla extract.
- Serve at room temperature or chilled topped with sweetened whipped cream and sprinkled with cinnamon.

Method of Preparation
- Combine water, piloncillo, cinnamon sticks, anise and cloves in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
- Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coffee granules, cover and steep for 5 minutes.
- Heat evaporated milk in small saucepan over medium-high heat. Whisk constantly until milk if frothy and just comes to a boil. Remove from heat.
- Strain coffee through a fine sieve into individual mugs Serve immediately with frothed milk on the side.
