In four simple steps, create a rich cup of Flat White with Nescafé — perfect for a coffee break anytime of the day.
What you need
- 2 tsps. (4g) Nescafé Classic
- 2 Tbsps. (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)
- 190ml low fat milk
Create It!
STEP ONE
Mix the instant coffee and the hot water. Stir it well and pour it into your coffee cup.
STEP TWO
Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute then froth the warmed milk for another minute with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that is as thick as a finger — 15mm, to be precise.
STEP THREE
Slowly pour the frothed milk into the coffee.
STEP FOUR
Carefully aim your milk for the middle of the cup to create a milky dot when finished pouring.
