What you need
2 tsps. (4g) Nescafé Gold
2 Tbsps. (30ml) freshly boiled water (approximately 75º C)
Mix the instant coffee and boiling water, stir it well.
STEP TWO
Heat the milk in a glass container for 1 minute in a microwave. Froth the hot milk for 2 minutes with a handheld frother. You’re aiming for a foam layer that’s 2 fingers thick – 35mm, to be precise.
STEP THREE
Pour the coffee into your mug of choice.
STEP FOUR
Pour the frothed milk into the coffee.
STEP FIVE
Sprinkle with cocoa, nutmeg, or cinnamon powder, and serve immediately.
