Make It
Step 1
Add ice to shaker and leave to chill: When you see condensation on the shaker, you’ll know it’s ready.
Step 2
Prepare the syrup: Add water, honey and vanilla syrup to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer for 2 minutes, and cool.
Step 3
Add coffee and hot water in a jug: Mix 2 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ Gold Espresso Blonde and 2 fl oz hot water, heated to 80ºC.
Step 4
Add heavy cream, syrup and stir in the jug: Gently pour in the syrup mixture, followed by the cream, and stir well.
Step 5
Pour over ice: Pour the coffee mixture into your chilled shaker.
Step 6
Shake well: Make sure your shaker is tightly sealed and shake well for about 30 seconds.
Step 7
Pour into glass: Pour the chilled & shaken coffee mixture into a martini glass.
Step 8
Add the finishing touch: Sprinkle with cocoa power and garnish with coffee beans
