Espresso Martini

RICH AND ROASTED

Create It

  1. Start by making the sugar syrup. Put the caster sugar in a small pan over a medium heat and pour in the water. Stir, and bring to the boil, turn off the heat and allow the mixture to cool. Place 2 martini glasses in the freezer to chill. 
  2. Once the sugar syrup is cold, pour 1 tbsp into a cocktail shaker along with a handful of ice followed by the freshly brewed NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND Roastery Collection Dark Roast, vodka, and Kahlua. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker feels icy cold.
  3. Strain into the chilled glasses. Garnish each one with coffee beans and serve immediately. 

Ingredients

  • 2tsp
    NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND Roastery Collection Dark Roast brewed with 50ml of freshly boiled water
  • Ice
  • 100ml
    vodka
  • 50ml
    Kahlua
  • 2tbsp
    sugar syrup (requires 50g caster sugar and 25ml water)
  • 6
    coffee beans (optional)
  • Required equipment
  • Medium pan or pot
  • Cocktail shaker
  • Milk frother
  • 2
    glasses, to serve

Cappuccino Milkshake

COLD AND REFRESHING

Create It

  1. Combine all of the ingredients apart from the cocoa powder in a blender. 
  2. Blend for a couple of minutes to ensure a good froth is created. 
  3. Pour into your glass and dust the top with cocoa powder. Serve immediately.

  • 2-4tsp
    NESCAFÉ GOLD BLEND Roastery Collection Light Roast brewed with 200ml of freshly boiled water
  • 2
    handfuls of ice cubes
  • 350ml
    semi-skimmed milk or dairy-free alternative
  • 1tsp
    sugar (optional)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Required equipment
  • Blender
  • 2 glasses, to serve
