Step 1
Prepare the pumpkin spice mix: In a small bowl, combine ¼ teaspoon each of ground cinnamon, ground ginger, cloves and nutmeg.
Step 2
Add coffee, sugar & spice mix: Combine the dry ingredients including 2 teaspoons of NESCAFÉ® Gold Espresso Blonde and 1 teaspoon of sugar in your mug.
Step 3
Pour hot water and mix: Pour in 2 fl oz of hot water, heated to 80°C – the perfect temperature for NESCAFÉ®.
Step 4
Heat and froth the milk: A cappuccino is normally half milk, half froth on top of the coffee.
Step 5
Pour the milk: Pour the frothed milk on top of the coffee.
Step 6
Sprinkle cinnamon.
Optional step: Top off your cappuccino with ground cinnamon for a warm, nutty taste in every sip.
