- ●1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ●1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ●½ teaspoon baking soda
- ●¼ teaspoon salt
- ●½ cup (1 stick) butter
- ●½ cup granulated sugar
- ●1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
- ●1 large egg
- ●1 tablespoon Nescafé® Taster’s Choice® House Blend 100% Pure Instant Coffee Granules, dissolved in 1 teaspoon hot water
- ●½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ●½ cup Nestlé® Toll House® Semi-Sweet Chocolate Mini Morsels (optional)
Make It
Step 1
Combine flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt in medium bowl.
Step 2
Microwave butter for about 30 to 45 seconds or until almost melted.
Step 3
Pour butter into large mixer bowl. Add granulated sugar and brown sugar; beat until creamy. Beat in egg, dissolved coffee and vanilla extract. Stir in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Scoop dough by level tablespoon onto 2 large parchment paper-lined baking sheets.
Step 4
Bake at 350° F for 11 to 13 minutes or until edges are set and centers are puffed (they should look a little underbaked).
