We discovered that infusing our coffee with nitrogen made it smoother, silkier and even more refreshing. Then we created a range of cocktails using NESCAFÉ AZERA Nitro cold coffee as one of the key ingredients. The question is, are you curious enough to try any of our coffee cocktail recipes?

Sub Tropic Coffee

Ingredients

  • 1
    hibiscus tea bag
  • 15ml
    agave syrup
  • 1
    lime, squeezed
  • Approx. 100ml
    NESCAFÉ AZERA Nitro Americano
  • 5-6
    ice cubes
  • 1
    lime wedge for garnish
  • 25ml
    gin (if creating alcoholic version)

Method of Preparation

This coffee cocktail recipe makes one drink.
 

  1. Infuse the agave syrup with the hibiscus tea bag by placing the tea bag in the syrup for a couple of minutes.
  2. Squeeze one of the limes to create 10ml of lime juice and pour into a highball glass.
  3. Add the hibiscus syrup and then 100ml of the nitro coffee.
  4. Stir all the ingredients together, add the ice cubes and garnish with a lime wedge.

Mixologist tip: You may want to infuse the agave syrup with the hibiscus ahead of time.

Ingredients

  • 10ml
    date syrup
  • 30ml
    passion fruit juice
  • 50-75ml
    NESCAFÉ AZERA Nitro Americano
  • 20-30ml
    diet ginger beer
  • 5-6
    ice cubes
  • 1/4
    passion fruit wedge for garnish

Method of Preparation

This coffee cocktail recipe makes one drink.
 

  1. Add the date syrup, passion fruit juice, nitro coffee and diet ginger to a cocktail shaker.
  2. Shake the ingredients for 3 to 4 seconds.
  3. Add ice cubes to a highball glass.
  4. Strain the ingredients in the cocktail shaker onto the ice cubes
  5. Garnish with a ¼ passion fruit wedge

NESCAFÉ AZERA Nitro Mojito

Ingredients

  • 20ml
    Cointreau Blood Orange
  • 10ml
    lime juice
  • 15-20ml
    Monin Mojito Mint Syrup
  • 100ml
    NESCAFÉ AZERA Nitro Americano
  • 5-6
    mint leaves, spanked
  • 1
    mint sprig for garnish
  • Crushed ice

Method of Preparation

This coffee cocktail recipe makes one drink.
 

  1. Place 5-6 spanked mint leaves into a highball glass.
  2. Fill ¾ full with crushed ice.
  3. Add the blood orange liqueur, lime juice, mint syrup and nitro coffee to the glass.
  4. Churn the drink then add a cap of ice and spanked mint sprig for that minty scent.
