Step 1

Combine cream and sweetened condensed milk.

Step 2

Combine 1 cup cold water, coffee mixture, and 1 1/2 cups cream mixture. Add to 10 ice pop molds, filling about 3/4 full. Add sticks and freeze until firm.

Step 3

Add remaining 1 tablespoon cold water to remaining cream mixture. Add to ice pop molds and freeze until firm.

Note:

If you prefer, combine all the ingredients and skip the last step. The pops won’t be layered, but they’ll be ready sooner.
